A major new power in global fluid control and instrumentation
markets has been created by the formation of the CIRCOR
Instrumentation Products Group, bringing together the
combined forces of Hoke International, Circle Seal Controls
and GO Regulator, plus Aerodyne Controls Corporation
and Atkomatic Products.
The Instrumentation Group is part
of CIRCOR International, the publicly quoted company
formed to unite the international valve and related
instrumentation businesses of Watts Industries. CIRCOR
will combine inter-group synergy for product development,
manufacturing and custom-engineering with an aggressive
acquisition policy to provide a one-stop solution for
safe, reliable and efficient fluid handling.

Hoke International
Hoke specializes in tubing system products including ball,
needle, plug and metering valves, the renowned Gyrolok
compression tube fittings range, manifolds and sampling
cylinders, with a particular strength in rapid engineering
of custom-designed solutions in special materials. Hoke
provides the Group with an extensive global distribution
system. |
Circle Seal Controls
CSC has developed a wide range of valve products and controls,
initially for aerospace and military markets, but now
expanded into medical and industrial applications, where
precise performance, quality and reliability are crucial.
These include check, relief, solenoid, manifold and motor-operated
valves, systems for motion and fluid control, plus the
Atkomatic products. |
GO Regulator
Having set the industry benchmark with stainless steel
pressure reducing regulators, GO provides a complete line
of pneumatic regulators for instrumentation, analytical
and process applications. The company also offers specialized
cylinder manifolds and other customized products. |

Aerodyne Controls
Manufacturing high quality valve components and systems
for aerospace, medical and military applications, Aerodyne
brings together advanced technologies and control capabilities
to provide complete systems solutions for a variety
of end-user customers.
CIRCOR believes that fully integrated manufacturing
capabilities are essential in the valve industry in
order to control product quality, meet custom-design
requirements and ensure timely delivery.
