Since the spin-off of CIRCOR from Watts,
says Chris Toncheff Managing Director, UK for the
CIRCOR Instrumentation Group, our Hoke industrial
markets are a much better fit with the overall CIRCOR
business.
The increased investment by
CIRCOR on Hoke product sales will not only help that
product line, but also identify opportunities for our
UK based GO and Circle Seal Distributors.
The Hoke UK customers will now enjoy
a variety of benefits from working directly with the
manufacturer, including:
Access to a large European
based inventory.
Access to the Hoke direct technical
support team.
A Hoke focussed sales team.
CIRCOR financial strength.
A network of international sales
teams.
This change is only for UK customers of Hoke products.
The Circle Seal products will continue to be distributed
by Tamo Ltd in West Drayton and the GO products by Boiswood
Ltd in Gloucester.
|
We have strong distribution for the CSC
and GO product lines, explains Chris.Tamo
and Boiswood provide excellent customer service and
technical support for a wide variety of customers throughout
the UK.
Hoke will service its UK base through
the Hoke European Warehouse in Harrow and an Aberdeen
Sales office. Both locations will help develop logistic
solutions tailored to customer requirements.
These programs will include:
Inventory 'tuned' to local customer
needs.
Vendor stocking programs.
Kitting of several components.
Non-Hoke product availability for
'one-stop shopping'.
Multiple location inventory management.
Simple assembly work.
We believe the Hoke Retail operation will allow
us to reduce costs and optimize the supply chain for
both Hoke and its customers, Chris adds,
resulting in a lower cost of doing business for both!

on the cover |
The June Issue of Valve World has used an article about CIRCOR
as its lead story, with a photograph of our corporate officers
on the cover.
In an important message to the market, David A
Bloss, Sr, is quoted as saying: "The spin-off of CIRCOR from
Watts enables the companies now in CIRCOR to focus on their
collective core strengths, namely the industrial valves and
fittings markets".
Mr Bloss also confirmed that he already had
his eye on several companies which would make a good fit with
CIRCOR. The article closes with his view that the company's
key factor is people..."be they employees, distributors or end-user
clients. Their satisfaction is ultimately our aim." |
