Designed to allow either switching or selection of fluid streams in process analyzer, instrumentation or gas chromatography applications, Hoke 73S Series Selector Valves feature a special sliding seal concept that ensures excellent performance over a significantly extended service life.
Convenient 5-way and 7-way configurations are offered in 316 stainless steel as standard. A male nut design reduces internal volume, and the valve’s low dead volume increases measurement and analytical accuracy as a result of maximizing flow volume that is well swept.
Ability to match O-ring material to the fluid and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +175°C combine to give significantly broader applications capability than other brands available. Bi-directional flow also provides flexibility of use with either common inlet or outlet.
A detent design gives complete user-confidence that the plug is properly aligned because the handle clicks into place with the side ports. On/off operation is facilitated by a zero flow position located between adjacent side ports.
Tubing or piping flexibility is provided by the availability of 1/16in or 1/8in Gyrolok male nut or female NPT end connections, and standard panel mounting simplifies equipment installation.

Safe containment and transport-ation of gases and liquids in volumes from 10ml to 20 litres is assured by Hoke Sampling Cylinders, now produced as single-ended units in addition to double-ended units, with pressure rating up to 5000 psi.

Available to HSE, TUV, USA Department of Transport and Transport Canada approvals, they are designed and manufactured
to stringent specifications providing long performance life and maximum user safety.

Fabrication is seamless on all sizes over 30cc, with 304L and 316L stainless steel as standard and optional Monel, nickel and Inconel. Special coatings such as FEP and Silcosteel are available for chemical compatibility.

Cylinders can be supplied complete with valves, carrying handles, end caps and outage tubes. Increased wall thickness in the threaded area prevents expansion when valves are installed, and completely formed ends maximise strength while eliminating potential leak paths.
Hoke offers a variety of collar and flange assemblies. Collars can only be factory-assembled, while other accessories may come completely assembled to a cylinder or can be ordered for field installation.

3-way diaphragm valve has long
working life span

Hoke DV3 Series 3-way diaphragm valves are totally free of springs, bellows, packing, O-rings and lubricants in the process wetted area. Elgiloy® diaphragms give users the utmost in corrosion resistance and life span – in fact the valves offer a life in excess of
5 million cycles at 250 psig!

Working ranges are vacuum to 800 psig (55 bar) pressure and -40°C to +204°C (-40°F to +400°F). Metal-to-metal seals to atmosphere ensure that there is no adsorption of undesirable elements into the flow stream. There is also a choice of body and seat materials and pneumatic actuators.

Heated pressure regulator is safe and powerful

The CV Cylinder Pressure Regulator/Vaporizer is a two-stage regulator that incorporates the features of the standard two-stage CYL-20 Series. Units can preheat liquids, prevent condensation of gases or vaporize liquids prior to gas analysis.

Operating temperature is up to 196°C (385°F); six outlet pressure ranges cover 10 to 500 psig; and four heating capacities from 40W to 150W. KEMA (Cenelec) approved, the unit’s high level safety design can be further enhanced by an optional thermal cut-out heater cartridge and proportional controller. These features allow a T3 rating with 150W of power!

The unit’s pressure control gives excellent outlet pressure stability with varying inlet pressures, while its heat exchanger uses GO’s unique spiral wrapped screen forcing all sample flow through the heat transfer element.
