Excellent
corrosion resistance, even at elevated temperatures and
in the harshest offshore applications, is provided by
Hoke Titanium instrument valve manifolds introduced in
2, 3 or 5 valve form for direct or remote mounting and
working pressures up to 6000 psi.

Non-rotating
stem tips avoid galling of the seats and a backseat provides
a blowout-proof stem for increased safety. Colour-coding
for isolating, venting or equalising adds further operational
safety.
These manifolds also offer extended cycle
life and reduced maintenance. Leak-tight integrity with
multiple sealing points is provided by the Hoke Dyna-Pak
packing system, which gives lower torque for easier operation
and additional maintenance savings. Positive driven handles
further ease valve operation and extend stem life.
Back base mounted versions are available as
an option to the standard configuration. As an alternative
to Titanium, Hoke instrument manifolds can be supplied
in 316 Stainless Steel, Duplex, 6MO, Hastelloy, Monel
and other materials. |

More special and exotic material options have been
added to the Hoke Gyrolok range of instrumentation fittings
including 316 stainless steel, brass, carbon steel,
Monel, Carpenter 20, Hastelloy C276, Inconel, Titanium,
254 SMO, Duplex 2205 and Super Duplex.
These
materials withstand the most corrosive conditions in chemical
processing and extend service life in aggressive offshore
applications.

Maximum
user safety under high pressure or vibration and improved
system efficiency through maximized flow are provided
by the fittings controlled ferrule drive, which
also eliminates over-stressing of tubing or excessive
reduction of its inside diameter.
A butt seal gives a second, series seal and
eliminates dead space, while maximizing fitting leak integrity
and user safety. It also increases accuracy in sampling
applications and reduces pump downtime in vacuum applications.
Maximum installation safety and leak-tight
sealing is ensured by using the Hoke Gyrogage,
which verifies that all components are present in each
fitting, that tubing has been properly inserted and that
the fittings have been correctly assembled. |
