When HEWI of Suhlendorf manufactured new apparatus for sample preparation at an important refinery in Hamburg, the company specified both Hoke and GO products as part of the equipment.
This included Gyrolok fittings and Hoke 2- and 3-way ball valves, which had already proved their worth in this refinery over a number of years, in part used with Space Saver Actuators Representing another breakthrough on an important application, GO PR-1 and PR-7 series regulators were specified by the company for the first time.

The sample preparation apparatus has several functions. Water and impurities existing in the production unit must be removed in order that the analytical apparatus is not damaged and so that the corresponding chemical analysis can be carried out in the most accurate way.
In other apparatus the pressure has to be reduced and flow has to be limited. By using a GO pressure regulator in the circuit, a constant average pressure is guaranteed for the analysis.
Furthermore, by fitting Hoke 3-way ball valves, it is also possible to calibrate the analysis unit by using a calibration gas.

Anatrol Ltd has been one of the fastest growing process analyzer companies in Europe over the past ten years.
The company has just completed a ten-line Gas Analyzer Station to meter natural gas for a client in Turkey, for which they chose to use a range of CIRCOR Instrumentation products.
These include:
Ten GO COM2-P Deluxe changeover regulator panels
Six C2 cylinder regulators
Four PR1 single-stage regulators
Four Hoke sample cylinders to HSE Specifications
Various Hoke valves and fittings

Anatrol has become both specialist and market leaders in a range of fields including flue gas sample systems components, complete analysis systems for CEMS and ultra-trace gas analysis in the semi-conductor and air pollution industries.
They are also leaders in high pressure gas reduction sample systems for natural or liquefied gas in fiscal measurements and are the designers of a proprietary vaporizing system to overcome the Joule-Thompson effect and avoid dew formation.
