Hoke 1000 Series metering valves combine a compact design giving low dead volume with excellent control of low flows, plus lockable flow settings, to make them ideal for sampling or fine metering applications and use in analytical instrumentation.
Suited to installations requiring simple panel mounting in the minimum amount of space, they offer a maximum Cv value of 0.008 with metering capability over a full 13 handle turns for precise setting, as well as positive shut-off.
Low torque gives ease of operation while the ability to lock the stem at any given setting gives the user simple control of the flow setting. Integral 1/16in Hoke Gyrolok tube fitting end-connections minimise the risk of potential leak points and help reduce dead volume in the system.
A variety of O-ring seal materials provides extensive chemical compatibility over a wide range of operating pressures and temperatures. For higher ratings, the valves are also offered with the unique Hoke Dyna-Pak packing system, which gives low operating torque and maintenance for longer cycle life.
A handle with a slotted stem for screwdriver operation is available as an option to the standard micrometer handle, when OEMs want to preset flows and not have operators accidentally change settings.
