The new Hoke 2219 Series needle valve from CIRCOR Instrumentation complies with the temperature and pressure requirement of ANSI 1500 class rating with leak-tight performance to give safe and secure handling of severe service fluid process applications.
By using Hoke’s unique Dyna-Pak® packing design incorporating Grafoil® high temperature stem packing materials, these valves have an outstanding operational range of −75 to +538°C (−100 to +1000°F). Maximum operating pressure is 414 bar at 21°C and 120 bar at 538°C (6000 psig and 1750 psig).
A choice of connectors and body materials ensures application versatility. End connections are offered in four common sizes and styles including Gyrolok® tube fittings, female NPT and pipe or tube socket weld. Available materials include 316 stainless and carbon steel, Hastelloy C-276 and Monel.
Typical applications include steam service, corrosive fluid handling and reactive and hot condensates.
