Compatible with virtually all gases and liquids, Circle Seal Controls C200 Series in-line cartridge check valves offer quick opening and positive closing even at extremely low pressure differentials.
Developed for installation in machined manifold or cylinder cavities, as an integral part of pneumatic or hydraulic units, these valves have a compact and lightweight straight-line design which can eliminate bulky and complicated mazes of piping.
Unaffected by adverse conditions, they operate at temperatures from -73°C to +204°C and pressures of 0 to 5000 psi. Foreign bodies in the fluid stream do not prevent proper sealing, and units are 'absolutely bubble-tight' at any differential pressure.
A unique metal-to-metal seat allows a floating O–ring to cushion and seal the valve without chatter or damage from high pressures. Material choice includes aluminium, carbon and stainless steel, in a size range from 3/4 to 15/8in outside diameter.
