This simple solution to what can be a troublesome problem enables identification changes to be made without removing valves from the system. Eight bright colours are available for the majority of needle and ball valves, improving a system’s look as well as its operating convenience and safety.
The writing of system operation procedures is also simplified, as reference to colours can be made in addition to valve idents. Systems may be individually colour-coded, such as using green handles for air and red ones for hydrogen, and thereby helping to prevent accidental opening or closing.
