Substrate sampling system gives big savings in costs and space

Lower installed and maintenance costs for any gas or liquid sample conditioning system are a big user benefit of the highly compact space-saving CIRCOR Tech µMS3 modular substrate sampling system, which is being acclaimed as a significant development in analytical instrumentation.

Comprising a single block and tube architecture for simplicity and a built-in flexibility ideal for single and multi stream applications, the system's flow is external to the substrate with an elastomeric seal on the external path providing hassle-free troubleshooting.

Developed as a more cost-effective and efficient alternative to the traditional time-consuming and expensive sample conditioning systems used in process industries, its unlimited multi-stream and block configurations easily adapt to any system schematic.

The unique combination of block system interchangeability, pre-welded tube assemblies and a reduction in required substrate components cuts inventories as well as costs. The need for just one easy-to-use assembly tool also reduces assembly and training times.

Maximum working pressure is 3600 psi (240 bar) and temperature range depends on material choice with standard Viton® and optional Teflon® or Kalrez®. Suitable for use with vapour/gas/liquid, systems come with a complete set of surface mount components.

CIRCOR has made a significant investment in a support team for this new system and can provide analyser sampling system verification as well as full product back-up.
