| Titanium
instrument manifolds safely stand up to harshest demands |
Now
available in 2, 3 and 5 valve form in either direct or remote mounting
configuration, with working pressures up to 6000 psi, Hoke Titanium instrument
valve manifolds are designed for excellent corrosion resistance, even
at elevated temperatures, and to satisfy such harsh demands as North Sea
offshore applications.
They
provide non-rotating stem tips to avoid galling of the seats and a backseat
providing a blowout-proof stem for increased safety. Further operational
safety is provided by each valve head being colour-coded to identify whether
it blocks, vents or equalises.
Manifold
design also extends cycle life and reduces maintenance. Leak-tight integrity
with multiple sealing points is provided by the exclusive Hoke 'Dyna-Pak'
packing system, which gives lower torque for easier operation and additional
maintenance savings. Positive driven handles further ease valve operation
and extend stem life.
Back
base mounted versions are available as an option to the standard configuration.
As an alternative to Titanium, Hoke instrument manifolds can be supplied
in 316 Stainless Steel, Duplex, 6MO, Hastelloy, Monel and other materials.
